Located  in one of the best area of St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood 75 The Esplanade new condo will compliment the existing condo buildings in the neighbourhood. The Architects designed the Building in three distinctive parts. The 8 storey building next to Novotel hotel will house the podium. Same time the west side and the front facing the Esplanade will be an 11 storey podium equal in height with the buildings west and south. We have learned from the developer that the proposal has since been scaled back to a height of 29 storeys to better fit the urban fabric of the surrounding St. Lawrence neighbourhood. Podium heights reference adjacent buildings, with frontage on Church Street mirroring the height of the adjacent 55 The Esplanade.

The new rendering also sheds light on the details of the tower itself, which will feature an envelope of offset frames which evoke the image of the stacked brickwork used on the exterior of many buildings in the surrounding area. Balconies are incorporated in an irregular arrangement that adds a dynamic quality to the exterior.

Amenities the outside ones will be on the second floor of the south west side of the podium and will have a pool and terrace deck

Proximity to transportation constitute the main factor of this location. Walking to GO Terminal or Union Station plus the convenient 300 meters to the entrance to Subway PATH will add to the value of the new Condominium Building.
